1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Notetify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Notetify is a local-first productivity application that provides note-taking, task management, document scanning, and voice transcription features. All data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.

3. In-App Purchases

Notetify offers a one-time purchase ("Notetify Pro") that unlocks additional features. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment terms.
  • Notetify Pro is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. You will not be charged again after the initial payment.
  • Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play.
  • Notetify Pro is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on any device using the same account.
  • We reserve the right to modify the features included in Notetify Pro at any time. We will not remove core Pro features without reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Notetify only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to store, process, or share content that violates any laws, is harmful, or infringes intellectual property rights. As Notetify is a fully local application, we have no access to your data and cannot monitor your usage. Responsibility for the content stored within the App rests solely with you.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Notetify, including its design, code, branding, and assets, are and remain the exclusive property of the developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand name.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Notetify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages, including loss of data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We strongly recommend using Notetify's built-in encrypted backup feature regularly.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Notetify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at notetify.app/privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
